The aim of our study is to examine the social capital perceptions and organizational change commitment of sports organizations employees. The other purpose of the study is to examine whether participants' social capital perceptions and organizational change commitments vary according to gender, age, educational status, years of work and the position they work in. In our research, survey technique was used as a data collection tool and the study was conducted on a voluntary basis. In the research, the universe of people working in private and public sports institutions constitutes the sample, and 510 people determined by simple random sampling method among these personnel constitute the sample. In addition to the personal information form created by the researcher, the "Social Capital Scale" was applied to the participants to determine individuals' social capital perceptions and the "Organizational Change Perception Scale" was applied to determine their commitment to organizational change. The analyzes of the study were entered into the SPSS 25.0 package program and after the Kolmogorov-Smirnov normality test, it was determined that the data did not show a normal distribution. Reliability analysis was performed to determine the reliability levels of the overall scales and their sub-dimensions and the "Chronbach Alpha Coefficient" was obtained. As a statistical analysis, Mann Whitney U, Kruskal Wallis and Spearman Correlation analysis were applied to the research group (since the data did not show a normal distribution). According to the findings obtained from the research group, it was determined that there was a low and medium level positive relationship between the organizational change scale and social capital sub-dimension and total scores in sports service sector personnel.
