Abstract

Physical activities of every individual of society are of great importance. They need to participate in physical activities regularly to live a healthy and happy life and lose their potential. However, the continuation of social distress also causes healthy living problems. For them, the value of sport becomes more evident in the process of maintaining and maximizing their potential throughout life through physical activity. In addition, physical education and sports activities are indispensable for healthy women as well as for women with deficiencies. In this way, everyone is provided with access to equal opportunities for health, happiness and distribution of their potential. This study operates in Muş Ali Kuşçu Special Education Third Stage Practice School and Muş Special Education Vocational School. The opinions of physical education practitioners and staff working in these schools were consulted. Within the scope of the research, 8 physical education teachers and 6 school administrators were interviewed. Questions were asked about physical training and socialization in special intensities of school physical education classes. Information obtained from observations and conversations shows that the positive results of the data of physical education lessons are clearly determined. As a result, in addition to supporting physical exercises in physical training exercises, it also helps them cope with stress, improve their social skills and improve their overall performance. These conferences encourage them to adopt a healthy lifestyle and raise them to be healthier and more balanced individuals in the future.
