B-FIT EXERCISE IS AN EFFECTIVE EXERCISE PROTOCOL FOR WOMEN: A SYSTEMATİC REVIEW

When examining the studies investigating the effects of B-fit exercise applications, although there are not many studies, there seems to be a consensus in the literature that B-fit exercise applications are a highly effective method for women. However, the reason for the effectiveness of B-fit exercise applications on women is still a topic of curiosity. The aim of this study is to examine the content of the studies investigating the effects of B-fit exercise protocol on women. This research was designed using the systematic review method and the content analysis technique was used. Considering the inclusion and exclusion criteria of the study, 4 articles were included in the research, and the research data were obtained from these articles. As a result of the study, it was concluded that there is a consensus among researchers that B-fit exercise applications have positive effects on women.
