Abstract

Objective: In this study, one of the exercise programs aimed at preventing obesity middle-aged obese who prefers the type of aerobic exercise of the fitness branch sedentary women, by examining their physical changes, exercise to determine the positive aspects of their programs, if any, and to emphasize their importance is made for . Material and Method: The research group of the study was conducted between 2020-2021 20 obese sedentary aged 19-39 coming to Alice's ports Center female participants. Participants were given 12 weeks of aerobic fitness and a program consisting of reformer pilates exercises has been implemented. Before participating in the study, participants were asked to use weight, fat, muscle, fluid and bone density measurements, waist hip and chest circumferiors are performed and then a 12-week work schedule was implemented.12 weeks of work after the program, the measurements were performed again. Analyzing data Paired Sample T test is used. esults: The weight body mass index of the study participants was bone density measurements, waist hip and chest circumferal measurement results Pre-test and final test percentages after 12 weeks of exercise program significant difference has been detected. Conclusion: As a result of this research, we applied to the subjects who participated in the study week aerobic fitness and reformer pilates exercise program pre-test and final test values from participants it can be said that it makes a difference. Pre-test and final test from participants some physical and physiological in parameters chest, waist, hip measurements and body mass index, body fat ratio and muscle and fluid has been observed to increase its intensity in a positive way.
