The aim of our study is to examine the Relationship between Mental Endurance and Self-Efficacy of Football and Volleyball Athletes. The scope of our study consisted of 98 football players and 102 volleyball players in the 18-30 age range who continue their sports life and a total of 200 male athletes. In the study, the mental toughness scale developed by Sheard, Golby and Van Wersch (2009) and adapted into Turkish by Altıntaş (2015), and the self-efficacy scale developed by Riggs, Warka, Babasa, Betancourt and Hooker (1194) and adapted into Turkish by Öcel (2002) were used. In the examinations made in terms of sportsmanship levels and weekly training numbers, the mental endurance scores and self-efficacy belief levels of the athletes with a high level of sportsmanship and the number of weekly training were found to be higher than the other groups. As a result of our research, it is predicted that athletes should be evaluated not only on physical markers but also on psychological factors.
