Abstract

The research aims to present the causes and solution suggestions of the problem of inattendance in adult education. In order to solve the problem, the causes of the problem must be investigated and the solution recommendations should be produced. Qualitative research method was used in the research. The research was conducted with the trainees who took the Women's National Education Center courses in 2019-2020 Education, who enrolled in the master's training and courses, but did not receive the certificate due to attendance. The data is collected through the conversation. The data was done with interview form questions prepared to be different to teachers and master instructors, different to trainees. According to the findings obtained in the study, the trainees were found to have more health problems, family reasons, household household household work, absent from university students and staff due to their time-borne and long-lasting modular training. The recommendations of the teachers, the teachers, the trainees and the trainees must be taken into account to solve the problem of attendance, and regulations should be made, especially for remote training activities.
