Abstract

This was prepared to examine the effect of psychological resilience of sports manager candidates on their courage. Another aim of the study is to investigate whether psychological resilience and courage differ according to gender, age, marital status, monthly income level, the school they studied at and the department they studied at. Relational screening and causal comparison model were used in the study. Brief Psychological Resilience Scale and Moral Courage Scale were used as data collection tools in the study. The study was carried out on a voluntary basis. After the analyzes of the research were defined in the SPSS 25.0 package program, the relevant analyzes were carried out through this program. As a result, when the direction and level of the relationship between the participants' Psychological Resilience and Moral Courage were examined, a moderate positive relationship was detected.
